Want to stop a criminal instantly? Just move your gun sight over the rear of the car untill the cross-hair turns red. As soon as it turns red, shoot your gun and the car will instantly blow up. (note: you must have the neutral shot bonus active, or us ethe cheat.)

Blowing Up Cars
If there is a car you want to blow up, first go to aim mode, then aim at the liscense plate.If the crosshairs are red,then that means you can shoot so that it blows up 99% of the time.
If it doesn't blow up then it means that either you did't aim right or it did't work.
Sometimes it takes several shots before it blows.

General kim
When you are fighting general Kim on level VIII you can find a bar on the ground. If you are still having trouble, hit him till he is dazzed then throw, kick, or punch him in the fire, and with succses he will be half way killed.
