You get new clothes as you advance throught the game. Press the start button, got to cheats and see what clothes you have a available. You can also buy clothes in your exotic under investments

When you start out look behind you there is a guy with a shotgun other then that use some of the codes if you need them....

This may help also. The Gun you have at the beginning has two fire modes. Full auto which is primary and a impact grenade round as a secondary ( BLACK button) all the other guns have this function from the exception of the rpg and the sniper rifle at the moment as that is as far as I have got so far ( around reputation level 5)

Yes there is:
Go to cheats by pressing *start* then;
Cheats, then enter FPATCH
It fills your balls meter

This os for the X-Box version of scarface.... I would like to know if there is a cheat or a way someone knows to get costom soundtracks in the game? And if not why didnt they put it in there? The GTA series has costom tracks and many other similar games.

It is a bit of a disappointment;
NO it doesn't have a custom play list
