Well I can only give you hint's...use a really fast car like Lambo or Corvette.It's not as easy as it look's.Razor is the second hardest to beat.i find the Blacklist 9 hard to beat.

To avoid spike strips always aim for the police cars at roadblocks (the rear of the cars have less weight so you pass through better if you hit the rear).

Just keep looking at your map all the time to see if the cops have a spike strip set up, best if you get on an easy highway! When you see one, head to the outside then when closer use speedbreaker and aim for the backs of the cars or if there is room squeeze past on a side, just be sure they didnt leave a lot of room though, then it will probably be a spike strip!

2. Escape the pursuit
3. No you must unlock them during career mode
4. You unlock other parts of the city by getting further in career mode

Go on for as long as possible,destroy everything including police cars (always leave at least one police car so the pursuit keeps going) if you are going fast enough always aim for the cars at roadblocks (this will also stop you hitting spike strips in later heat levels) just be as destructive as possible.

It is possible, I've complete all milestones and beaten the game. Use a heavier car and speed breaker to help you. I used Lamborgini Gallardo for all of my harder milestones.
Don't give up just keep trying. You'll get it.

To anybody that reads this, what do you rate my Porche Carrera GT on a scale of 1-20? It is ultimate in all the performance parts, it has body kit 2, it's spoiler is carbon fiber tuner venom, it's rims are chrome blue Enkei WRC Tarmac, the hood is Factor X, the roofscoop is tempest, the car is the darkest metalic black, it's vinyl unique 1, the window tint is dark pearl blue, and it's gauge meter is hairpin and it's needle is red, the lettering is blue, and the gauge face is golden.
