Umm... Timmy Boy, when I finish the tape quests in Sky Dinosaurian Square, I talk to roboy and select test run.
It doesn't have dinosaurian level on the tests.
Eg. In jet graffiti I have levels: dogenzaka hill, chuo, rokkaku-dai-heights, 99 st, fortified.
In jet tech I have: dogenzaka, chuo, rokkaku, 99 st, fortified.
In jet dash I have: dogenzaka, chuo.
In jet flag I have: rokkaku, 99 st, fortified.
What happened?

There is no paint mission in sky dinosaurian square.
I read that the paints that the new cops or something sprayed is optional to spray over.

A) Pass the game (beat Gouji)
B) Find the mystery tape (it's at the end of one of the green rails)
C) Do all of the street challenges and get all the graffiti souls
D) Go to Roboy and do all 3 challenges for SDS (getting a Jet rank in them all)
E) NT-3000 should join you

I have finished the game but I don't have the 'Sky Dinosaurian Square' level for some reason.
Can anyone please help me?
Where is the tape in Kibagaoka Hill?
I heard that there is a character you can unlock in jet tests in Soda's level.
The only problem is that to get the test you need to do the spray job and the tape jobs but there is no paint job in that level (I don't know what it's called)

In Shebuya Terminal in the last challenge it says there are 13 platforms but I can only see 12 (including the sloping one and the little ones with the billboards)

Okay... At the little area that leads into Hikage St there are 7 (3 small ones with billboards, and 4 long ones). Around the middle of the map there are 3 (long ones, and the last one is a slope). And there are 3 others (2 with ramps (I think, I haven't played the game in a while), and one other one); these are probably the hardest to finish, since you can go sliding off if you just stand on the ramp (you need to touch the actual green part of the platform with these; not just the ramp).
All in all, this is the hardest of all the challenges to do.

You know, I remember Skyscraper District too now. There's a hidden place underneath the pyramid you see at the beginning and in the center there's a dome
That has the tape at the bottom and a ladder to get out. It's surrounded by other pyramids. Just jump off the main road near the pyramid and you should land there.

OK. Please help me I've been stuck for a long time on Rokkaku-dai Heights, and if I'm correct I have to enter a building that has some kind of a 8-track or something, it has graffits, and if you look up you see something shine. I've tryed but I can't seem to find a way to enter the building.

You don't need to beat all three. To complete the level, go as high as you can
On the second level until the color is red. You should see some stairs ahead.
Go up them, and jump onto the platforms. Some fall, so follow the cans downward
As if you were trying to collect them. You have to keep going in a somewhat half circle, going up the stairs. There are less and less cans to follow as you go on, but just keep trying to go forward. Then, you will see two ramps and a cage. "Talk"
To the cage, and jump on the jets you will have to fight using the ramps so you can spray them.

I had some trouble with that too. To get a jet rank, you have to complete the
Game to unlock the "test run" option. In jet tech, score higher than the best in
Points. In jet graffiti, spray all of the graffiti in the level faster than the best in
The game. In jet dash, go through the level faster than the best in the computer.
For every level you do the best in, you'll get a new character. I forgot, but I believe
You get rapid 99 by doing jet tech in 99th street.

To get a jet ranking you must complete the secret tape and grafiti, then get all of the grafiti souls. When you have done this go to Roboy and do test run, get a jet on the three avalible chalnenes for that level and you will have a new character.
the easiest way to finish all of the graffiti chanllenges, there is no faster way you just have to do them straight out
actuallay I have finish the game, many times and in under 7hours and I have gotten all of the extra characters

I think you get them after you do everything on the tapes of that certain level.
(i.e. if you finish Shibuya Terminal's tape, then you get its test run.)

To unlock test runs you must first find and complete the secret tape for a level, then you must collect all of the graffiti souls on that level. After this you must go to the garage talk to roboy and do a test run

Do a handplant with the x button, when you are at the edge. Than go up the other pipe and before you get to the edge press the a button. Then you should get up there.
