Actually, there's no way you can change it because it depends on the T.V. You have. If you have one of those fancy, huge widescreen T.V.'s, then playing multiplayer with a horizontal split will make your playing way too stretchy, so it does a vertical split for your convenience. If you don't have a huge, fancy widescreen T.V. Then I have no idea what I'm talking about.

Well, I do kno a very high flying trick youll like to try. All you have to do is make a multiplayer game with one of your weapons as an energy sword. When you are in this multiplayer game, pull out your sword and find someone who is not on your team (if youre using teams). With your energy sword out, get close enough to them so that the aimer turns red. Then press R+X+A and instead of just dashing at them, youll usually go flying in the air, or like 100 feet away. Remember, try this with vehicles, and youll get even cooler results

I'm not sure if you can still do it this way, but find a place were if you jump on, you bounce a bit more, then find a wall were when you crouch you can get a bit further and let go of crouch and your still crouching then go crouch under it and let go of crouch then go to the spot were you bounced WITHOUT STOPPING and jump on it

My fave skull is grunt birthday skull because if you shoot sumthing in the head they explode, you can get it by going on the arbiter level on legendary(it dusnt work on any other difficulty) and when you get to the flying part to look for the heratic leader, fly down too the bottom and you will see three pillers, look arround on the top of the middle one under the bridge on one of the sides, there are grunts danceing arround the grunt birthday skull,

This is not true in the game but it IS possible if you get Action Replay. What it is is alot of cheats/mods that you can download on your Xbox. You have to buy it though. It costs like aroun $20.00 or something. I got it and now I can be a grunt! I also got the Scarab Gun with it! So.... Good luck!

This is how you superjump. What you do is you go to something high like a rock. Lets pick the lvl Ascention.(the one with the rotating thing in the middle.) go to the big tower (dont be fooled by the other tower. This tower DOESNT have the 2 parts sticking out into the couse.) that you can go into. Right before you enter, to the right. There should be a ramp going down with a sniper at the bottom. Now go to the piller of the 2 ramps. Crouch into it and walk. Your screen should shake. Now, go to the left and go around the rocks but DONT TOUCH ANY OF THEM!!! Jump directly onto the line where the dirt and concrete meet. If done right, you should jump super high onto the top of the tower. This is a cheat because the banshee CANT get up there. Its a great sniping spot! You can only be touched be rockets!!

I was playing the one of the snowy levels towards the middle of the game (the one where you can hijack scorpians, wraiths, and warthos) and I picked up the battle rifle and if i'm right the BR should only have 108 total amma capacity but when I picked it up it said 200.
It may sound like crap and I didn't believe it, it looked just like the BR should be and fired just like it but instead of 108 shots it had 200 shots.
Can someone please tell me if this is part of the game or if it was a glitch.

Yes it's in the level the Orical. Right after you get in the banshee fly to the lowest point you can find and look for a bunch of grunts dancing in a circle and the skull should be in the middle of that circle. This must be done on legendary of else the skull or the grunts will not be there.

Modding: Modding is making your own maps,weapons,veihcles, and anything else that can be changed. You will need a mod-chip. The mod-chip will be need to be installed into your xbox. Also, you will need a program to modify the weapons,veihcles, and maps. Its very confusing but a game hacker would know how. Theres two types of mods, hard and soft mods. I don't know what those two means and I also don't know the diference either. It is possible to mod the Xbox 360 now.

Lock onto a vehicle with the launcher, and then pull out your energy sword let up on the right trigger whitch your using to lock on with and immedietlly push it again you should do a giant sword lunge at what ever you locked on to. You can do it on Xbox, the easiest superjump is on zanzibar, to help you do it turn on the xbox without a game in it then go on settings then on video and lastly go on pal 60 and choose yes, then put halo 2 in and try it. Go on www.fpsgaming.us to find out how to superjump on the levels. I can only superjump conistantly on about 3 maps.
This is all the advice I have so sorry if it still doesnt work but it is possible, honest

Yes you can do it on X-box
But the only super bounce I can do well is on turff. For this one you go above and to either side of that half circle bunker. Jump so you land on one of the edges of that white and red diagonal strip design. While your jumping in the air crouch. Then right before you land let up on crouch and you should go fairly high.
I hoped that helped. But if you want more help go to the halo 2 forums and go to the super jump forum and ask some qustions there.

Sometimes. When I use a cetain action replay save. An enemy drains my shield but after it is depleted no matter how many times I get hit I don't die.

Its possible because I've seen it before. But I think the only way to get it to display vertical is when the x-box can't display it horizotal becuase the T.V.s taller then it is wide.

To hold no weapons in the game you have to use a mod or become a hacker. To mod you have to buy special attachment to hook up to your x-box and then you have to change the context of the game youself and some how get the changes to the attachment. It all sounds too hard for me and I've heard it's expensive too.

The game has to be oddball.
The only weapon is plasma pistol.
Charge the pistol up and shoot AND puck up the oddball while running forward.
As you pick up the oddball,run back.
There you go.

You can only do this on one level and thats on co-op at the very first level you start off with no weapons and then just avoid picking them up I had a comp with my brother how far we could get on ledgendary with no weapons ...... We both didn't get very far

Ive just completed halo 2 on legendary for the first time Horray
Any way on the level just before the last one( sorry forgot name of it) when you go up the last gravity lift at the end of the level a skull falls down from it whilst your going up. The first time I saw it I didnt have enough time to collect it as it fell, so I went back to the last checkpoint and went up the lift again and as the skull went past me I pressed x. When I picked it up Iron came up on the screen. I kept on playing untill I completed it but the skull didnt have any obvious effects. By the way I was playing it on legendary at the time. Has any one heard of this skull and know of the effects of it??

What the "iron skull" does is that if you are playing co-op on any difficulty and you or your friend die, you get started back to the last check-point.(like on legendary) so getting the skull is pretty useless unless your friend sucks and always dies so you would have to protect him/her.

Look down and you will see a reply I wrote to knucklebuckles that tells you how to superjump on the multiplayer map 'zanzibar'.You have to do exactly what it says. I know trying to superjump is hard and some times really annoying but keep trying.
Also This website will tell ou how to superjump on other levels http://www.fpsgaming.us/halo2multiglitches.html. The easiest ones are on Zanzibar and coagulation and by the way watch the videos on it they will help you out.

PLEASE SOMEONE TELL ME can you only do a super jump on xbox live in halo or can you do it in normal play (not connected to xbox live). I have had a lot of troubles with this. You can do super jumps not connected to Xbox live. At first I could never do them but my mate told me to do this thing where you turn on the xbox without a game in it. Then you go on to settings and then on the video option, you should get this thing up saying pad 60 and yes or no underneath. Choose yes and then put halo 2 in and try superjumping. I don't know why you have to do this but it worked for me so good luck

Ok you have to go to the room where the generator wheel is then go up the left slope and there should be a battle rifle on the floor if you've gone up the correct side. Throw a grenade at the window furthest frome the slope and you will see a shard of glass sticking out the right of the wall. Crouch underneath it and walk forward making sure you are on the left of the peice of glass. Keep walking forward then let go of crouch and jump, do not stop walking foward. If youve done it right when you hit the ground you should bounce high in the air. It will not work if you can sway side to side whilst crouching under the glass. Hope it works

Multiplayer pack is the best thing I bought for that game. It ibncludes I think about 9 new multiplayer maps which I think were some of the best ever released and saves to your xbox harddrive and autom atically loads every time you play the game. You can also do it to more than one xbox so if you want, lend it to your friends and have a LAN fest.
