Every where..mostly in Los Santos and Las Venturas(rare). Mainly Los Santos. Go to the turf of the Vargas's and it's common there at a certein time.

She like's to go on a bar or restaurant. If you take her to some cheap burger crap she wil be mad. You can take her to a stake house aswell but bar or restaurant is much better.

Probalby between daytime and nighttime so noon, or you could go to the Area where ther are free cars, The cars you stole are stored there if you want the car again and you won't have to go find another, just go to that place in SF. It's the place where you and ceasar stole a car with NOS.

Yes you do.thats when once you've done that you start the CIA like missions with stealth and the army.
They're real hard but real fun.

Yes, after you complete the flight school there are some mini missions at the air field (you can do some LV missions before those missions)

But you need to complete flight school before you can continue.

Sorry but now I'm confused my cousin told me to get a 100% complish. Of the game I have to get 100 taggings and 100 horseshoes so.....is this not true?

Hi - To complete the game you only have to complete the missions. I was told you have to complete all the taxi, Police, Firfighter and ambulance mission but never did iand I have completed the game.

That's only side missions you don't need to finish all of that since all you get are guns. To complete the game you must do ALL missions

If you got all those horseshoes you will only get some guns which is probably you have by now, so theres no point of collecting them all.

If you got to tag all of them, you will only get some guns which you can already get by cheating.

Only some cheats will stay on if you save it like pedestrian riot.
Others like never go hungry will turn off once you turn off the console and will not be saved.

The only thing that happens is the cheats are saved on as well. Yes I do it but I do NOT recommend saving the cheats that cannot be removed like the riot mode and such.
