Well, it's kind of simple you can pretty much tell by the title, and plus also if your asking about the quest where you donate books to the school to get the wizard hats, you can only get one hat, either a light wizard hat or a dark wizard hat. If you want the light wizard hat you need to be good, if you want the dark wizard hat you need to be evil.

Actully you don't get the hat depending on being gd or evil you get light
If you donate 5 gd books first and dark if you donate 5 bad books first

No I don't think you can die of old age I've had the game for a while and my dude is like 110 I think I don't realy look at his age that much.

It is on the left side of the dock. But just dig it up, keep the treasure, then go to the cemetery and dig beside the big statue of the person with an axe. Then you can keep the treasure, and get the ghosts reward.

What you do is get a shoval and walk the way to the house you lived in and turn left and you will see the beach go there and on the right side dig until you can find it

Well you can just go dig it up, you need to do something first. Yo need to go to memorial garden, in memorial garden you will see two traders, and when you see them you have to go behind the wall where thay are standing ( make sure they don't hear you walking) and listen to what they are saying. Once you hear him say I've hidden it between the two boats on the beach then you can dig it up.

Don't kill your sister then go to the guild and go to the garden type place and theres a spot with a wierd design click on one of the gravestones and youll get it

Ok to get avo's tear after you beat Jack in the Chamber of Fate throw away the sword of aeons.Then after that watch the cutscine and Briar Rose will say "i wish you didnt throw away that sword"or somthing like that.Then the guildmaster will interjact and say: "their is a legend in the guild that their is a sword whose power rivals the sword of aeons, Maze was the only one that seemed intrested in it lately. Look around his quarters and see if you can find his research". After that go to Maze's quarters in the guild and search the bookshelfs. You will find a book titled "The History of the Guild". A passage titled Avo's tear shoud pop up automatacally. Read it then go to the four graves in the guild, and read the inscription on the empty grave which will trigger a cutscine you will hear voices that say " we see that you have sacrificed power for the safety of our lands. May Avo's tear burn through evil in your hands." and you will get it.
