My lancer evolution I got from black lost number 9 I think worked fine until I went to the shop and put all the best parts in to it and wen I race it stops and I can't start unless I reverse then go forward again

Sell your car now! It is worthless. Instead I would recommend the RX8 until you can get the RX7 both are excellent cars once you get them maxed out. I beat everyone through Jewels (#8) with my RX8 and I beat Kaze (#7) and Ming (#6) with my RX7.

My RX8 catches some awesome air off the dips in the road, but I have no control of it and often land going the wrong way. For example the speed trap race for Jewels where there is a sharp right by the water tower, I keep landing going left. Because of this I am losing the race when I was in first by about a hundred miles an hour. Is it possible to control the car while it is in the air? Also, I thought the speed traps races were just supposed count your speed at the traps, does it also take into count your overall time?

You are given a certein amount if time...as recorded..plus it work's by having the most fastest speed...apparently RX-8 is a teir 1 car..which mean's it belong
S to the slow car's...buy a new car and upgrade it to the top.

Speed traps require special sleek skills actually. You want to move your caar into the air, but you cannot do it actually, so what you do is turn your car in the direction you have to turn it(before the jump) and you will see to it that it is done. And when your opponent finishes then your overall speed is cut time to time until your finish so try to finish first as this applieas to them also.

With the bus glitch, once you want to get out of the pursuit, how do you evade it? Theres always a ton of cars and I can't get away from them.

Backup, jump off the buses, and hit the Gas Station to lose the cops, if some are still there, keep hitting Pursuit Breakers then find a hiding spot.

You need to change your car, you need a tier 3 car like corvette or 911 turbo or porche carrera gt.

Well the Cyber john guy's answer is faulty,
At 6th blacklist you can't get a corvette.
Just use the car you have, I did it with the Chevey Corbat SS

You use the blacklist Supra until Baron. If you don't get his cayman, purchase it from the car lot, it is better than the Supra.

If you want a better car just get the black list car that you win I never by a car I just upgrade the onnes I get from black list

After you beat #6 buy the Viper until you get to #3 it will win every car that comes I have beat the game with almost every car no lie and I like the viper the best I did it 2x with it it is almost the fastest.

Since it is a bonus car once unlocked, you may only use it outside of career in quick race mode.

Hello. I need help very urgently !!!.

I find need for speed most wanted really hard and I was wondering if there was any way of changing the difficulty in career mode to an easier one. And are there any cheats that really work. Aslo I am very short for money in the game aswell. help !!!

There is no way of changing the difficulty. The game is actually rather easy to tell the truth, you must lack skill...

Cheats that work can be found in the User Submitted cheats section, or the normal cheats section. To get money if you are in a tight spot, you can redo races as many times as you wish, or sell a car, although I don't reccomend selling a car unless you have lots. It's not only practical value, it's novel value to have lots of cars :D

This may seem quite stupid but on YouTube I saw a modded police jeep?! I had lights and vinyls exactly the same as all the other police jeeps but this one had a lower ride height and chrome wheels?! Can someone tell me is this a real car like a Caymen or is it a cheat or a glitch

They don't use Jeeps, they use Rhino cars, or preferably, Hummer's. That's obviously a cheat because you can't modify the Ride Height in Most Wanted. I think you got this mixed up with Carbon. If you mean in Carbon, then it's probally real.

The 'jeep' was a Rhino Unit if it was definately Most Wanted.

Was someone driving it? If they were, I have no idea. If they weren't, it may have been your eyes playing tricks on you, a trick of the light, the in-game sun shining on it, or just other stuff. There is no way to customise it that I know of...

---SPOILER WARNING--- (If you are reading this, and don't know, and don't want to know the ending, don't read this bit.

After 5 minutes of pursuit, Mia will call you. You know she's an undercover cop, you found out just before initiating the level 6 Heat pursuit. Well, I have a feeling she must have a crush on you or something... Not that it's obvious or anything... She calls you anyway 5 minutes in, and tells you that the old bridge construction has been opened up. The bridge is next to the stadium. Drive there, and go up the road, and drive off the bridge. It will be a cut-scene, and you will magnificently clear the bridge, leaving cop cars braking to a halt and some falling off the edge (for some reason, they can't make it, even though their cars are better than yours o.O)

So yeah... I reccommend using the bus station glitch... But since the chase is like a challenge, there's no map, so it may be hard to get to the bus station. It was hard for me.
