Hi! I'm pretty new with this game... Kinda like it LOL... (^^) My question is... How come I don't see any records in Van shop when he's open? I know that he suppose to be selling those records... Yes, definitely! I suggest that you only put your animal (cow, horse, sheep, chicken, etc) outside when the weather is sunny or a little bit cloudy. NEVER EVER put your animal outside on snowy or rainy day! Whatever it is... It'll get sick and the heart meter will go down, and you'll need an animal potion to heal it (kinda expensive to me...), when the animal is waay too sick... Then you'll probably have to give the potion more than once. And 1 potion will work only for 1 animal... Sigh... (not like Harvestmoon BTN)... So plan ahead, be more carefull... And always check the weather report in TV and check also you calender.

1) Tartan is this plant thing that Takakura has in his house. 2) Tartan does three things: you can talk to him, you can get him to analyze anything in your rucksack, and he can hybridize. To get more information, talk to Tartan.

No - you can't have two kids, but you can choose the gender wether you prefer a son or daughter, by insist talking to Mr. Pots in the harvestmoon sprites house. Mr Pots is living inside a huge jar behind the table... Just keep staring at the jar (press X), first he'll refuse to speak ................... Like this, but keep staring at it untill he says 'YOU WIN', and then talk to the harvest sprite... They will tell you that Mr. Pots will grant your wish, and now you can choose the gender.

1. She is stuck in the spring up near the Harvest Sprites house.
2. According to the Harvest Sprites, the only way for the Harvest Goddes to come is if there are plenty of "nices" so help them find some "nices" throught the chapters of the game:)
3.If you train your dog well enough he'll protect your farm from Murrey and his empty stomach
4.i'm pretty shure they're only male's since you can't bread them
5. In chapter 2, wake up a little later than usual, go outside and a CS*cut scene* with Romana should occur, she'll ask you if you could take in a stray cat that came to her villa, say yes and you'll get yourself a kitty:)

1. Harvest goddes exist but you can not meet her like in the harvestmoon STH.
2. You can trigger a scene where she occur near a spring -- that is where the harvest sprites live, but after you already be friended with everyone in the game.
3. Training your dog will help you a lot to make that homeless guy to stay away from your house, he can be a thieve sometimes and steal whatever things you put in your storage room (crops, seeds, etc) so... It's kinda important to train your dog and fill his heart meter up by always giving food to the dog's plate.
4. Your sheep will always be a male, and you can also buy goats from Van in the later year.
5. Yes, you can get a kitten after be friended with Romana (granny in the villa manor).

Don't worry. That same stuff happened to me to. The differance between all the cows is that they all give a better qulity of milk and to get the seed maker from Daryl, you have to just give him a fish every day at either 1:00 or 2:00 am becuase those are the two times he wakes up at. Go into his house to give the the fish or give him the fish when he comes to visit your farm. He comes around 5:00-6:00 pm.

If you don't have a lot of money just put all the things important to you like your tools into the tool shed, then do to where Van always opens up his shop. There is a small icon that says store and you can sell things to people near you.
Sorry don't have the answers for 2 or 4.
And Celia probably turned you down because she doesn't have three hearts yet, give her flowers everday then go up to her room at Vesta's house and go to her bed, her diary is there and it will show you how many hearts she has, when it gets to four hearts you give her the feather, don't worry it won't take long.

Hi I know I already asked these questions but I still need help, ok?
When do you get to the scene where you start drowning in that pond and the turtle and Cody jump in to save you, is a little after Cody gives you the strange sickle?

Marlin LOVES records believe me you can befriend him very easly if you have a lot of records. Vesta.... I'm sorry to say I never have gotten the raccoon but befriedned them both.... So I dunno. By what I heard you are running out of time or maybe already did. (first season or year I dunno)

Just walk around the town there are flowers all over the place, and there are diffent types of flowers every season. As for your second question, there isnt a mine but there is a dig site down by the waterfall *just use your map if you can't find it* and you can dig there. Every season the dig site gets slightly bigger and there are more things you can find.

Well you can mainly find flowers by the spring, The hippie guys house (I kno his name but just not how to spell it ),Vesta farm (where you get your seeds). Go across the brigde and you'll see Vesta's seed farm turn right and go down the long path. Then you'll come to a tent. Turn left and there will a stair case. At the stair case press 'X' and you be under ground. Go around 10 am and 5 pm. On everyday expect 8 and 3 when Vans store is open. Well go down there and talk to the guy with black hair (Carter) and he will say 'You came right in time. Do you want to help me mine?' or something like that. A thing will pop up and say "no" "I will if you explain it' and 'Right away' chose one and your set

I have some questions and I would appreciate it if anyone helps me. Here goes...... What do I do at first when I start the game? Should I go mining or something? Can anyone give me some tips and hints on what to do for a while?
