The second source of food requires you to have the 2nd level of farming so you can create the vegie garden just south of the research table - any level of farmer should be able to start it but it takes a while to grow the vegies to start adding them to your food sources, the 3rd level of farming gives you the ability to fish and then you will always have enough food but I lost the game a couple of times before I got enough food to last me through the researching enough tech points to purchase the next level of farming - good luck.

How long does it take to completley water the feild, my builder watered it for like an hour then stopped is it okay if the builder stops inbetween? O and does it have to be a master builder watering the feild.

Your only chance of multiplying is a man washing up from the beach. Why not forage alot of food, and then fast forward a few hours, if you keep doing this your bound to get random events, hopefuly one of them will be a man, washing up on beach (if only this could work in real life!!!!) :)

When it says "your villagers now understand this plant", move onto the next one, also, make sure that you are getting the lily(gravesite) and the rose(beach).

How do you get so many Tech points?! I have scientist at the working table for days at a time, but it always make it go up by like 20,000 points! I need to get to 240,000 quickly, or else everyone will die a very painful death of a thousand years!Please help.

Hey you. I think I know that. If you in the start of the game make every body go to the table you should be there soon. But you´ll also have to make one go foraging. ánd you have to buy the farming beafore the building. I hope it was helpful for you.

all you need to do is make sure all your villigers are at the research table then foward the time on your pc clock and then go back to your game and you will have more tech points but be careful cause if you don't have at least 2,000 food all your villigers will die.

You have berries and farmed food, right? Now you need to fish. To be able to fish you need, I do believe, 50,000 tech points. This buys the last farming section, and your villagers are free to fish:) Hope this helps! eragon5

Okay. I should have put that another way, I guess! What I meant to ask was, how can I prevent cretain villagers from breeding at all? I have already gone to Details and put only selected ones in the Breeder mode. And no one else. But still, my ppl in Builders, Farmers, etc mode, persist on embracing (big SMOOCH!) and going inside, on their own. Even whe I am at 90 population!

Okay, first of all only have a couple of girls be breeders. That way you kind of have them spread out, and they aren't all going 'smooch' all over the place. Never have guys as breeders because they don't get pregnant and therefore aren't forced to stop smoochin' 'cause they have a baby.
Now you shouldn't have too much trouble w/your population. And now that you're at 90, don't have any breeders. I got off of mine for a while, and my population got down to 20 something on one of mine.

It took a long time for my villagers to unblock the river too. It will happen. I think the more tech points you have the faster things go.

You have to use a builder so that the clearing continues. Also if you haves lots food you can fast foward your clock to make them work faster.

To prevent villagers from "going inside" all you have to do is when you put them together if you see that your population go up, just take the girl away a baby will apear make the man go were ever you want him too.

To convert the school you have to drag a MASTER SCIENTIST to the building (you may have to drag him a few times) the building will be converted in like 3 min.

"THE TREASURE!!!!" I have fully reasearched everything, and when I draged a master builder to south of the food bin (in the sandy area) nothing happend. HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!!
Also "THE GOLDEN CHILD" once you have fully reasearched fertilty take a nursing mother (any one) and put her into the lagoon the golden child will appear.

The treasure is south of the food bin and left of the restored ruins, it is hard to detected, I dragged many villagers to the area and finally someone started digging hope this helps

Ok, found the Golden Child by gettin all my tech points in each area. He moved the rock in front of the cave, now I get the message that I have found things in the cave, but never actually directed my ppl there and was not allowed to wander around in the cave. Now I have a happy little farming community, is there more I can explore, all tech points gotten and all puzzles solved. Is there more?
Thanks for any more info. I hear that chapter 2 will be out this winter, do I just sit and wait for it to come out?

When every thing is done that is the end, I was dissapointed and I am very anxious for part 2 , but I left my old game running and am competing againt the statistics,I also have A second game started on hard, it is very difficult to keep my villagers alive but is a new challenge good luck to you

"Golden Child".....There was a boy that washed up on the beach, as soon as he was old enough I breed him. I have 3 other children that have washed up and waiting for them to get old enough to breed, to try the same thing. I even stuck his child into the pond. I have had 20 babies, put them all in the pond, then into the garden. Still no golden child. I have a happy little farming, fishing community, that farms, eats, and grows old and dies. "GOLDEN CHILD, where are you? I'm waiting for you to come out and play."
I even push every child into the bunch of butterflies in despiration. Any sure cure ideas?

Do you have all your techs bought?what milestones do you have left to do?Im pretty sure you have to have all techs bought for golden child to come, and it can be any mom and child, also you have to have certain milestones done before you can do others, when I got my golden child I had all techs bought and only needed the the second flower and last four milestones to complete everything else was done , hope this helps
