At the track mediterrenean, there is a maountain with a bunch of windmills that is off the track, go to the windmill on top of the hill and by the windmill, there will be a treasure chest that will have some money in it.

Get $1,000,000
At any time during free-roam, race, ect.... type in "goldfinger" you should her a little noise that confirms that part of the cheat.
Next type "givememoneyordie" then on your screen it should say YOU HAVE WON $1,000,000.
Don't do it more than once because it does not go any higher than 1,000,000 dollars.
