I'm at the part at the dock and I'm preety far...im like under the floor or something and the guys are like (they can't see me)

Sorry, you can't get unlimited health.Although, there is medical care things in the game.

Alright, see...Im at Arkum Asylim (4), I don't know what to do. I went in the back door part where the thugs with the guns are and I turn on the gas on the stove but thats as far as I get. What do I do next?! Please Help!! ...Thanks in advance.

When you turn the gas on use your batarngs to ignite the flames.Remember to stay back and let no one see you.
